Cancellation and refund policy
Last updated:
You can cancel a TurnDisk plan whenever you like. Here’s what happens when you do, and when we give refunds.
Cancelling
- Cancel any time: sign in on the account page and choose Cancel subscription.
- You won’t be charged again.
- Your plan stays until the end of the month or year you’ve already paid for. Then your account goes back to the Free plan (1 GB).
- Your files are never deleted. If you’re using more than 1 GB, you just can’t add more until you remove some files or upgrade again.
Refunds
Because your plan keeps running until the end of the period you’ve paid for, we don’t give refunds for the rest of a month or year after you cancel, except where the law requires it.
We will refund you in full if:
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- you were charged after you had cancelled; or
- you paid but never received the plan, and we can’t fix it.
To ask for a refund, contact us with the email address you sign in with and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Once we’ve issued a refund, your bank usually takes 5–7 working days to show it.
Switching plans
When you switch to a different paid plan, the new plan starts straight away and your old plan stops renewing. The unused part of the old plan isn’t refunded, except where the law requires it.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may try again. If it keeps failing, your plan stays until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Your files are kept.
The Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing, so there’s nothing to cancel or refund. You can delete your account at any time from the TurnDisk app.
