TurnDisk is an online service. It’s delivered instantly over the internet, and nothing is shipped.

When you buy a plan

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, your new plan’s space is added to your TurnDisk account. This usually takes a few seconds.
• The plan applies on every computer signed in with that account. There’s nothing to install or activate separately.
• The account page shows your plan, how much space you’re using, and your next renewal date.

No physical delivery

There are no physical goods, no shipping and no shipping charges. The TurnDisk Mac app, when it’s available, is a free download.

If your plan doesn’t appear

If you’ve paid and your plan hasn’t changed within an hour, contact us with the email address you sign in with and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We’ll make sure you get what you paid for, or refund you in full.
